Intermediate Rejection Phase - Between 30 Days and 6 Months:

Fee: £188

Details: This fee is applicable when you've owned the vehicle for over 30 days and a problem arises with the vehicle. Once the dealer has accepted a return, they may attempt to charge for fair wear and tear. Our services during this phase ensure both your rights of return and that any charges for mileage are fair and justifiable.

Advanced Phase - After 6 Months but Before 12 Months for a Cash Sale; or Until Finance Agreement Ends:

Details: After the 6-month mark, the onus shifts to you to prove that the fault was present at the time of sale or that such a fault should not have occurred given the vehicle's age and mileage.
